Shipping and Receiving & Finishing Team Lead

Thermach is seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our Logistics & Finishing Team in Appleton, Wisconsin. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in leading and producing high-quality work.

As a member of our team, you'll play an important role in preparing finished products for shipment, maintaining inventory, and ensuring customers receive products that meet Thermach's quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Package products according to customer and company specifications
• Label, palletize, and prepare shipments for delivery
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials
• Assist with inventory organization and cycle counts
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work closely with production and shipping teams to meet daily schedules
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or finishing experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Basic computer skills are helpful

Schedule

• Full-time
