*Patient Services Representative (On-Site)* *Job Description* We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused *Patient Services Representative* to support patients throughout their scheduling and intake experience. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate patient information and delivering high-quality service.
*Key Responsibilities:*

* Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective patients with scheduled appointments
* Accurately update patient information in internal systems, including:
* Name and demographic details
* Medical history
* Date of birth and other personal information

* Verify and update patient insurance information
* Enter and maintain patient records with a high level of accuracy
* Utilize internal systems to ensure all required data is complete and up to date
*Required Qualifications*
* At least *1+ year of customer service experience* (retail or face-to-face experience accepted)
* Proficiency in *Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word*
* Strong *data entry skills* with attention to detail

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomington, IN.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
