Now hiring for a Non-CDL Delivery Driver
Location: Shreveport, LA
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7 AM-5 PM

Home every night, weekly pay, and a route you can count on.

What You'll Do:

• Operate a 26' box truck to complete local delivery routes in a safe and timely manner.
• Perform touch freight deliveries, including loading and unloading materials at customer locations.
• Deliver and transport goods locally Monday-Friday, starting at 7:00 AM until route completion.
• Ensure accurate, damage-free delivery of products while maintaining strong customer service standards.
• Safely lift and handle freight up to 50 lbs during loading and unloading processes.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation.
• Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules while communicating updates to dispatch as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the delivery vehicle.
• Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with customers at delivery sites.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of similar delivery or driving experience required.
• Valid DOT medical card required.
• Clean driving record required (no accidents and no more than 3 violations in the last 3 years).
• Ability to safely lift and move freight up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with touch freight delivery preferred.
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to follow routes, instructions, and safety procedures accurately.
• Must be available for a temporary 6-week assignment with immediate start.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working in a physically active, fast-paced delivery environment.
