As anRN Float Poolmember, no two days are the same.You'll be the "health hero" across multiple locations, helping the people we support stay healthy, happy, and heard.
What you'll be doing:
- Be a Partner in Health:You'll assist individuals with daily health tasks and help them understand their own health journeys.
- Be an Advocate:You'll work closely with doctors and support teams to ensure everyone gets the preventative care they deserve.
- Be a Teacher:You'll share your knowledge by training and supporting our amazing direct care staff.
- Be a Clinical Pro:From administering medications to monitoring vital signs, you'll use your full range of nursing skills.
SCHEDULE:Days, NO WEEKENDS or ON-CALL - Must work 24 hours every quarter.

What We're Looking For
We believe in a culture ofbelonging, connection, and faithfulness.To join our team in Grand Island, you'll need:
- The Right Credentials:An active RN license in Nebraska (or the state of practice) and a degree in Nursing (BSN or ADN).
- Experience:At least one year of general nursing experience under your belt.
- Safety First:A valid driver's license and current CPR/First Aid certification.
- A Can-Do Attitude:The ability to travel between locations and work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the people we serve.
- Physical Stamina:You're comfortable being on the move-walking, standing, and the ability to safely transfer up to 50 pounds when needed.
