Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN)
- Associate'sdegree from an accredited School of Nursing.Bachelor's degree in Nursingpreferred.
- Current license to practice nursing inState of Indiana(or eligible to receive or renew).
- Current CPR or BLS certification.
- Nights - 7:00p to 7:30a (with shift differential)
Job Responsibilities include:
- Nursing Assessment
- Nursing Documentation
- Treatment Planning Monitors and documents progress on the goals noted in the treatment plan.
- Ensure that individual treatment plans are implemented and properly documented.
- Medication Administration/Medical Management
- Milieu Management/Communication
- Crisis Intervention
- Staff and Patient Education
