Registered Nurse (RN)

• Associate'sdegree from an accredited School of Nursing.Bachelor's degree in Nursingpreferred.

• Current license to practice nursing inState of Indiana(or eligible to receive or renew).

• Current CPR or BLS certification.

• Nights - 7:00p to 7:30a (with shift differential)

Job Responsibilities include:

• Nursing Assessment

• Nursing Documentation

• Treatment Planning Monitors and documents progress on the goals noted in the treatment plan.

• Ensure that individual treatment plans are implemented and properly documented.

• Medication Administration/Medical Management

• Milieu Management/Communication

• Crisis Intervention

• Staff and Patient Education
