Technical Writer - Now Hiring

Bathing Brands is a well-established, growing organization in the sauna, steam, and experiential bathing space. We don’t just build products—we make them easy to understand, install, and enjoy, and that starts with clear, well-crafted documentation.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Technical Writer to take the lead on the written content behind our products throughout their lifecycle.

Position Summary

This role follows a hybrid schedule based out of our Wheeling, IL office and is not a fully remote position.

The Technical Writer creates, maintains, and improves clear, accurate, and user-friendly technical documentation for Bathing Brands products. This role supports product launches by developing installation manuals (IOMs) and related print materials using information gathered from cross-functional partners.

This role will serve as the primary technical writing resource on the team, working closely with internal partners rather than operating as a separate documentation function.

The position works closely with Product Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to help ensure documentation is complete, consistent, and aligned with product launch timelines.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on documentation work and is continuing to build their technical writing experience
