Experienced FT Nanny (Live-Out) - Now Hiring

Full-time live-out nanny needed for a professional family in Darien CT with 2 children, ages 2.5 years old and 6 months old

Location: Darien, CT

Compensation: $30-$35 per hour net (post-tax)

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm

Start Date: End of July 2026

Nanny Benefits:

• Weekly guaranteed hours

• Paid holidays

• Yearly review and a possibility of annual raise (merit based)

• Car provided for on-the-job use

Nanny Responsibilities:

• Must have at least 5 years of Nanny experience to be considered

• Prepare healthy meals for the children, meal prep for the children

• Drive the children to and from school and activities (car provided for on-the-job use)

• Laundry for the children

• Maintain routines for the children, helping to maintain a smooth household rhythm

• Engage the children in entertaining and developmentally appropriate activities

Nanny Requirements:

• Experience caring for multiple kids

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Excellent communication and attention to detail

• Intent to make a long-term commitment to a role

• Willing to be paid via payroll

• Candidates must have a valid US driver’s license and have a clean driving record

• 21+ years of age

• Current CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to become certified/renew certification upon hire

• Minimum of a high-school diploma

• Willing to participate in a criminal background check and social media check

• Legally authorized to work in the US

• Have a relevant job history with outstanding references
