Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP-CCC certification
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric therapy environment preferred
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Skills in thorough assessment, intervention planning, and progress monitoring
• Collaborative approach with teachers, parents, and support staff

Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with educational teams
• Conduct assessments and document student progress
• Maintain detailed records in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, offering expert guidance and recommendations
• Educate and collaborate with staff and families to support student outcomes
