What You'll Be Responsible For

• Own and manage demand forecasts across product lines and distribution channels, improving accuracy and identifying risks/opportunities
• Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends, evaluate performance, and drive continuous forecasting improvements
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to align forecasts with promotions, product launches, and market dynamics
• Lead forecast reviews and present insights to stakeholders, translating data into actionable business recommendations

What They are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in forecasting, demand planning, or a similar analytical function
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting/visualization tools (Power BI or similar)
• Strong understanding of forecasting concepts with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
