Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $18.00/hour
Position Type: Seasonal
We are seeking a dependable and highly organized Seasonal Administrative Assistant who excels at creating a welcoming and efficient office environment during our busy season. In this role, you will serve as the face and voice of the office—playing a critical part in ensuring every client and visitor has a positive, professional experience.
One of these positions will primarily support our Group Insurance department, so prior insurance knowledge or an HR background would be a strong advantage.
This seasonal position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service while helping the team navigate a high-demand period with efficiency and professionalism.
What You’ll DoFront Office & Client Experience- Serve as the first point of contact by managing a multi-line phone system, directing calls, and taking accurate messages
- Greet and assist clients and visitors with a friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor
- Provide high-quality customer service across in-person, phone, and email interactions
- Manage schedules, coordinate calendars, and support daily office operations
- Draft, proofread, and send professional correspondence
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems with a high level of accuracy
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office communications
- Assist with document preparation, scanning, and recordkeeping
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, interruption-driven environment
- Help coordinate office activities and maintain efficient workflows during peak seasonal demand
- Provide general administrative support across teams as needed

- Dependability and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar systems
- Prior insurance industry knowledge or HR background (especially relevant for Group Insurance support role)
- Exposure to basic IT support or design tools (such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite)
