We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to provide therapy services to patients with injuries, illnesses, or mobility limitations. The Physical Therapist evaluates patients, develops treatment plans, and implements therapy interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional independence.

Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.

Implement treatment plans and select appropriate therapeutic modalities to meet established patient goals.

Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility training.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
\n - \n
Assist with discharge planning and patient education to support continued recovery.
\n - \n
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and treatment records.

Ensure therapy services meet age-specific, cultural, and rehabilitative needs.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

Maintain department productivity standards.
\n - \n
Provide safe, thorough, and professional patient care.

Demonstrate compliance with Code of Conduct and organizational policies.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

Knowledge of physical therapy techniques, modalities, and rehabilitation programs

Required: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Required: Active Physical Therapist license in the state of assignment

Required: American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Certification

Preferred: Previous physical therapy or healthcare experience
