Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In this school-based Speech-Language Pathologist position, you'll work collaboratively with educators and families, making a lasting difference as you help students unlock their voices and overcome communication barriers.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
  • Active Nebraska SLP certification required
  • Valid SLP Certification (CCC or CFY welcome)
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
  • Deep commitment to supporting diverse student needs from kindergarten through twelfth grade

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students across K-12 grade levels
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication and swallowing disorders
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all services, progress reports, and IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student progress and participation
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute expert insight to student goal setting
  • Foster positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environments
