Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain
- Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help students achieve communication goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support each student’s academic and social success
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with federal, state, and district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decision making
- Provide direct therapy as well as consultative services, adapting techniques as needed
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment for all students
