Location: Pullman, Washington
Schedule: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)
School Year: 2026–2027
Pay: $40.00–$55.00 per hour (based on experience)

ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified and dedicated School Psychologist/School Counselor to join a supportive school district in Pullman, Washington for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing both psychological evaluations and counseling services to high school students in a collaborative educational environment.
Position Overview
The selected candidate will serve students at Pullman High School, providing comprehensive psychological and counseling services that support students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral success. This role includes conducting evaluations, participating in multidisciplinary teams, and providing direct counseling services to students.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments.
Interpret assessment results and develop written evaluation reports.
Provide individual and/or group counseling services to students.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP meetings, and other student support meetings.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and district regulations.
Support students' social, emotional, and behavioral development through evidence-based practices.
Qualifications
Active Washington ESA School Psychologist Certification required.
Active Washington ESA School Counselor Certification required.
Previous school-based experience is preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively with students, families, and educational staff.
