Weekday Overnights: +$2/hour
\n Weekend Days: +$3/hour
\n Weekend Overnights: +$4/hour

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one nursing care in the comfort of your patients' homes.
\n • Administer and manage medications.
\n • Monitor and document patient conditions.
\n • Perform treatments as ordered by the physician.
\n • Educate, encourage, and support family members.
\n • Work alongside the Phoenix clinical team to provide exceptional care.
• Active Illinois RN or LPN license (or Compact license)
\n • Strong assessment and communication skills
\n • A compassionate heart, dependable character, and self-motivated spirit
\n • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
