Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners as a Speech Language Pathologist in a dynamic K-2 early childhood program for the full 2026-2027 school year. Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
  • Valid state licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP certification (or eligibility)
  • Experience working with early childhood or elementary school populations preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for speech and language goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-2 students in accordance with individual education plans
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to identify students’ needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare required documentation in compliance with school and district policies
  • Participate in IEP meetings, provide input on student progress, and help design effective intervention strategies
  • Utilize engaging, evidence-based therapy techniques appropriate for early learners
