Job Responsibilities

• Work schedule: 4 days per week with 9-hour shifts, including one evening shift weekly.
• One Saturday per month required, from 8 AM to 6 PM.
• Manage a patient load of 25 to 34 per 9-hour shift, with an anticipated no-show rate of 15 to 20%.
• Operate in an outpatient clinic environment—no deliveries or on-call duties.
• Full scope of OB/GYN services, including IUD placements, Nexplanon insertions, colposcopy, LEEP procedures, cryotherapy, and hormone replacement therapy.
• Focus on high-risk OB/GYN outpatient care.
• Optional GYN surgeries available at a nearby hospital.
• Hospital privileges are necessary.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive pay ranging from $150.00 to $225.00 per hour.
• Rates are estimates and may vary based on factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience, and qualifications. All rates are inclusive of base pay and potential additional earnings like overtime, call, and holiday pay.
