Job Summary

\n

Provides health care services using cardiovascular, endovascular, and neurovascular imaging and interventional procedures. Performs care requiring substantial specialized knowledge, judgment, and skill. Exercises professional judgment in the performance of services and maintains demeanor complementary to medical ethics. Provides appropriate patient care and recognizes patient conditions essential for successful completion of the procedure.

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
\n
• Current ARRT certification and state licensure as required.
\n
• Current BLS and ACLS certification. NIHSS preferred but not required.
\n
• Minimum of 2–3 years of recent Cath Lab experience in a busier lab.
\n
• Demonstrated experience scrubbing and operating imaging equipment during cardiac catheterization procedures.
\n
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
\n

\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n

\n
• Previous travel healthcare experience.
\n
• Experience with Coronary Angiography, Stent, Impella, IABP, Laser, Lithotripsy, OCT, IVUS, IFR/FFR, Mechanical Thrombectomy, temporary pacemaker, peripheral interventions.
\n
• Experience with multiple cath lab documentation and imaging systems.
\n

• Kentucky Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (KBMIRT) Radiography License

• ARRT Radiography (R) Certification
