American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular OR/CVOR Circulator position in Ohio, requiring vascular and CVOR experience with on-call and weekend rotation commitments.
Details- Hospital-based Operating Room setting with primary placement in the Vascular surgery service line
- Requires floating to CVOR and General OR when there is no vascular case need
- Surgical cases include vascular, cardiovascular (open heart), and general OR procedures
- Da Vinci robotic surgical system is used in this department
- Day shift schedule working three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)
- Every 2nd or 3rd weekend on-call rotation required, with 2 on-call days per week
- Holiday rotation is required
- 13-week contract
- Active Ohio RN license or active Compact RN license currently in hand
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- At least 1 year of vascular surgical nursing experience required
- Experience working in CVOR and general OR surgical cases required
- Familiarity with the Da Vinci robotic surgical system required
- Ability to meet flexible schedule demands, including call and weekend rotations
- Candidates with minimal RTO requests and flexibility to meet schedule demands will receive priority consideration
- All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of initial consideration to be honored
- This is a quick-start position
