Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule, working 37.5 hours per week from August 24, 2026, through June 10, 2027, while earning $60–$75 per hour.

Qualifications & Credentials:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active California Speech-Language Pathology License
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • California Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential or eligibility to obtain
  • Completion of fingerprint clearance and all district onboarding requirements
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not mandatory
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
  • Proven ability to effectively manage caseloads and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services aligned with IEP goals for K-12 students
  • Conduct assessments in speech, language, voice, fluency, and pragmatics
  • Complete initial and triennial evaluations with comprehensive written reports
  • Develop and monitor IEPs, presenting at meetings and updating progress as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, occupational therapists, and psychologists
  • Document all services and maintain accurate records, including Medicaid billing when applicable
  • Implement AAC devices and strategies for eligible students
  • Consult with staff and families regarding communication supports and student progress
  • Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings and educational planning
