Additional Information

• Must be Board Certified and Fellowship trained in Orthopaedic Surgery
• Inpatient-focused role with no outpatient clinic responsibilities - 24-hour shifts, requiring 7-10 shifts monthly
• Responsibilities include managing orthopedic traumas and accommodating same-day procedures
• Support from nursing staff and Advanced Practice Providers (APP) in the operating room
• Active Iowa medical license or participation in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) is required
• Experience with EMR systems, specifically Cerner
