Work Environment

- Most work is performed in heated and air conditioned surroundings. Will use eyewear, gloves, masks/face shields, must be worn according to UHSH Infection Control and CDC Blood and Body Fluids Policies and Procedures. Standing, walking, bending, reaching and lifting up to 25 pounds. \n

Education/Experience
\nMinimum Required:

- Bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory technology or equivalent. (Grandfathered NYS Licensed CLT). \n
Preferred:
\n- \n
- One (1) year experience working in a clinical laboratory. \n
License/Certification
Minimum Required:
\n- \n
- NYS Licensed Clinical Laboratory Technologist. \n
Preferred:
\n- \n
- ASCP Specialty Certification. \n
