📍 Ada, OK | 🗓️ 13 Weeks | 🧠 Behavioral Health Therapist (LPC/LCSW/LADC) – Days
\n Seeking a licensed Behavioral Health Therapist for a 13-week assignment in an inpatient behavioral health setting. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in mental health and substance use treatment who are passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
\n Schedule:
\n • Monday – Friday
\n • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
\n • Day shifts
\n • Flexible scheduling available
\n Responsibilities:
\n • Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment and discharge plans
\n • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
\n • Apply evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions for patients with mental health and substance use disorders
\n • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
\n • Manage a caseload of approximately 10–15 patients
\n • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate patient care
\n • Assist with case management, discharge planning, and aftercare services as needed
\n Requirements:
\n • Active LPC, LCSW, or LADC Oklahoma license
\n • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related Human Services field
\n • Minimum 1 year of behavioral health or comparable clinical experience
\n • CPR certification required
\n • De-escalation/Restraint certification required (training available upon hire)
\n • Strong documentation and treatment planning skills
\n Patient Population:
\n • Adolescents, Adults, and Seniors
\n • Mental Health, Substance Use Disorders, Dual Diagnosis, PTSD, Eating Disorders, Intellectual Disabilities, and Memory Disorders
\n Additional Details:
\n • Business Casual or Sage Scrubs
\n • Inpatient behavioral health setting
\n • In-house supervision available for LPC candidates
Patterns Hiring Job ID #31016-06. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
