Ideal candidates bring:

  • A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • An active California Speech-Language Pathology License
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • California Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Fingerprint clearance and district-mandated onboarding compliance
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
  • Experience in schools preferred, though not required
  • Confidence managing a caseload and contributing to multidisciplinary teams

In this role, your impact will include providing direct therapy according to IEP goals, conducting a variety of assessments, and completing comprehensive evaluations and reports. You’ll develop and update IEP objectives, present during meetings, and work closely with educators, specialists, and families to ensure student progress and success. Additional responsibilities include maintaining thorough documentation, consulting on classroom accommodations, and supporting students enrolled under diverse eligibility categories such as Autism, SLI, and more. You’ll also have opportunities to utilize AAC devices where appropriate and participate in team meetings shaping educational programming.
