Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding summer contract supporting K–12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This ESY position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact during the extended school year, working with a diverse student population in a collaborative school environment. Your expertise will play a key role in student success while you enjoy a balanced, part-time schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Current, active Speech-Language Pathologist license for the state of Massachusetts
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
  • Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
  • Ability to adapt and provide individualized support for a variety of speech and language needs across grade levels

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and deliver therapy services to K–12 students with speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation to track student progress and compliance requirements
  • Attend relevant meetings and contribute to the IEP team as needed
