\n Available to RNs with at least one year of nursing experience
\n Must commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week
\n Not available to current MaineGeneral employees or former employees separated for less than one year
\n Role: Registered Nurse (RN)
\n Location: Gray Birch, Augusta
\n Schedule: Full-time (36 hours/week)
\n Shift: Days (7a-7p)
\n What You'll Do:
\n Deliver compassionate patient care, ensuring that every interaction makes a difference in the lives of our residents.
\n Provide education, emotional support, and guidance to patients, their families, and caregivers
\n Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on comprehensive assessment, optimizing outcomes while efficiently utilizing available resources
\n Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including transfer, discharge, referrals, and addressing spiritual/psychosocial support
\n Effectively delegates patient care to ancillary personnel. May perform assigned supervisory responsibilities as needed.
