\n Opportunity Highlights
\n Schedule: 5 x 8-hour shifts per week | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Rare overtime | No call
\n Job Setting: Hospital/Surgical Facility - 5 rooms | Open to local locums
\n Types of Cases: GU and GI cases | Adults only (no pediatrics) | Supervision and own cases (1:3 or 1:4 ratio)
\n Charting: Paper with iPro
\n Credentialing: Privileging approximately 30 days
\n Minimum Requirements
\n Certifications: Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists | Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
\n Licensure: Current license as a registered professional nurse | New Jersey license required
\n Responsibilities
\n Pre-anesthesia assessment
\n Obtains and/or verifies patient consent
\n Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
\n Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
\n Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition
\n Performance of clinical intervention as needed
