As Managing Attorney for our Oklahoma City office, you will own the courtroom, lead the team, and help shape what Dads.Law becomes in OKC. You'll carry your own caseload while mentoring junior associates and paralegals, building the kind of team that dads in OKC can count on.
You'll be backed by the infrastructure of Dads.Law— billing systems, HR support, marketing, and operations, so you can focus on what you do best: practicing law and winning for clients.
The right attorney for this role is someone who is in it with us for the long haul. This isn't a short-term gig. We are building something that will build value for the firm and the attorney, fully committing to the mission.
Compensation:$100,000 - $125,000 Plus bonuses
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Oklahoma City office, ensuring alignment with Dads.Law's mission and values.
- Oversee and mentor a team of junior associates and paralegals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Handle a personal caseload, delivering exceptional legal representation and outcomes for our clients.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance office performance and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the firm's leadership to drive growth and innovation within the Oklahoma City market.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards, maintaining the firm's reputation for integrity and excellence.
- Utilize firm resources effectively, including billing systems, HR support, and marketing, to optimize operations and client service.
Qualifications:
- Experience in leading and managing a legal team, ensuring alignment with firm values and mission.
- Proven track record of mentoring junior associates and paralegals, fostering a collaborative work environment.
