About who needs care: Recovering from fractured femur. Has Foley Catheter and diapers for BM. Before fracture on scooter to get around. Has peripheral neuropathy. Need assistance making sure she receives her meds and meals on time, personal care, laundry and light housekeeping, prep meals. Spouse works Friday- About the care needs: See previous note. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
