Recruiter/Customer Service, Fond du Lac

Job Title: Recruiter/Staffing Coordinator

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-4pm

Location: Fond du Lac, WI (on-site)

You will be responsible for the overall day-to-day recruiting, screening and hiring for a variety of manufacturing positions.

What You’ll Do: 

• Review resumes, conduct phone screens and in-person interviews with potential candidates
• Recruit and source candidates using various platforms
• Submit candidates to the clients for open positions
• Manage employee and client relationships

Requirements: 

• Office and customer service experience  
• Excellent communication skills over the phone and through email
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Work well independently as well as part of a smaller team is essential
• Strong data entry skills 
• Job stability required
