Physician Assistant – Full-Time Position

We are a multi-specialty private physician group seeking a dedicated and motivated Physician Assistant to join our growing medical team on a full-time basis.

Qualifications:
- Active New York State Physician Assistant license required
- Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, Rehabilitation, or Post-Acute Care experience preferred
- Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or assisted living is a plus
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurse practitioners, nursing staff, and facility teams
- Willing to train the right candidate
- Manage acute, chronic, medical conditions under physician supervision
- Perform patient evaluations, follow-ups, and clinical assessments
- Coordinate patient care with attending physicians, families, nursing staff, and facility teams
- Communicate regularly with physicians regarding changes in patient status and treatment plans
- Support the medical team in providing high-quality, patient-centered care
- Participate in care coordination, documentation, and clinical follow-up
- Help ensure continuity of care across post-acute and long-term care settings
- Full-time position with a supportive private medical group
