Scope
The Business Services Coordinator II provides administrative and organizational support for a program, department, or business initiative. This role is responsible for coordinating activities, supporting meetings, managing schedules, and ensuring effective communication across departments. The position works with moderate supervision and requires a solid understanding of administrative processes and office coordination.
Main Functions
  • Organize and support departmental programs, initiatives, and daily business activities.
  • Perform administrative tasks in support of assigned teams.
  • Coordinate activities across departments and individuals.
  • Provide meeting support, including scheduling and coordination.
  • Manage calendars and maintain organized schedules.
  • Support office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Work independently with moderate direction while applying knowledge of administrative processes.
