Licensed Practical Nurse NEEDED IMMEDIATELY FOR FAMILY MATTERS HOME SERVICES, LLC DMH

60K-73K yearly, depending on experience

Department of mental health or nursing home experience preferred.

List of duties:

• Working out in the field visiting DMH consumers
• Will teach Direct Support (DSP) staff L1MA med aid and CPR.( Will pay to become instructor & insulin trained.
• Will be responsible for assisting DSP's on obtaining medication refills
• Will need to be present to assist consumers and DSP staff at certain doctor's appointments
• Will be responsible for ensuring and tracking that consumers are caught up on vaccinations, annual physical exams, and annual dental exams.
• Will be responsible for reviewing DSP staff's medication administration form and medications.
