• Are you willing to jump in with materials moves between departments to keep production humming?

What you’ll do

• Receive, store, issue, and document materials with complete accuracy
• Verify incoming goods for quality compliance and record details in the ERP
• Monitor inventory health, forecast needs, and coordinate deliveries to meet demand
• Track shipments, escalate when necessary, and support regional materials strategies
• Provide data for vendor performance evaluations and prepare reports on inventory and delivery status
• Uphold 5S, safety, and quality practices daily
• Operate manual or powered material handling equipment to transfer items between departments
• Assist with additional responsibilities as assigned by management

What you bring

• 2+ years in inventory management, purchasing, or materials handling
• Advanced Excel skills; meticulous with data accuracy and analysis
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Knowledge of 5S and cycle counting
• Experience with ERP systems—or the drive to learn

Preferred

• Foundation in supply chain management principles
• Understanding of planning, procurement, and logistics
• Forklift certification a plus
• Bilingual candidates strongly preferred
