Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Compensation: $50 per hour guaranteed, with unlimited earning potential through our production bonus program. Our hygiene team averages over $65 per hour+.

Responsibilities
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and polishing
- Conduct patient assessments and document findings
- Educate patients on oral health, hygiene, and preventive care
- Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as permitted by state regulations
- Take and interpret dental radiographs
- Assist dentists with patient care and treatment planning
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic dental software
- Adhere to infection control and sterilization protocols
Qualifications
- Current Vermont Dental Hygienist license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and dental office procedures
- Experience with Dentrix Ascend preferred
- Strong understanding of dental terminology, anatomy, and patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
