What You'll Do

As an LPN with Vision Healthcare, you will provide skilled nursing services in patients' homes while helping them maintain their health, independence, and quality of life.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Delivering skilled nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse and physician
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Providing wound care, catheter care, tracheostomy care, enteral feeding, and other nursing procedures within your scope of practice
• Monitoring patient conditions and promptly reporting changes
• Educating patients and caregivers on treatments, medications, and disease management
• Maintaining accurate and timely electronic documentation
• Collaborating with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Following all agency policies and applicable state and federal regulations

What We're Looking For

We're looking for nurses who are compassionate, dependable, organized, and committed to providing exceptional patient care.

Qualified candidates should have:

• An active Virginia Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and time management skills
• The ability to work independently in a home care setting

Home health, private duty, pediatric, infusion, or wound care experience is a plus—but we're happy to welcome motivated nurses who are eager to learn.

Requirements:

Qualifications

Current, unrestricted Virginia Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

Current CPR/BLS certification.

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance.

Ability to pass required background screening.

Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Ability to work independently in a home care environment.

Home health, private duty nursing, pediatric, infusion, or wound care experience preferred but not required.
