Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

We are first-time parents looking for a kind, dependable, and nurturing part-time nanny to care for our infant son, Rhett. We're hoping to find someone who will provide a safe, loving, and engaging environment while helping us establish a consistent routine during his early months. I work remotely from home and will be available throughout the morning if needed, but we're looking for someone who can confidently take the lead on his care during work hours. We would love to find someone who feels like a trusted extension of our family as Rhett grows.
