We are first-time parents looking for a kind, dependable, and nurturing part-time nanny to care for our infant son, Rhett. We're hoping to find someone who will provide a safe, loving, and engaging environment while helping us establish a consistent routine during his early months. I work remotely from home and will be available throughout the morning if needed, but we're looking for someone who can confidently take the lead on his care during work hours.
