Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

ISO a small home daycare/nanny/sahm where I can drop off/ pickup my 3-year-old autistic daughter. She is high functioning, can read, talk and loves to play when she is comfortable and feels safe. She takes a few days to break her shell with new people especially with kids, so ideally someone who is very patient and experienced with special needs kids!
