Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I’m looking for a queer-friendly sitter or nanny for the Month of August for my 5yo! She is a great kid who loves biking, climbing, crafting and art, books, and trains. She has some sensory challenges and I’d love to find someone who is familiar with this or willing to learn, and has a positive, curious, and collaborative approach to caring for kids and problem-solving. I’m looking for help in the early morning during some weeks of August.
