Responsibilities: Routine Building: Guide the baby into a predictable eat-play-sleep schedule based on age-appropriate wake windows. Naptime: Read sleepy cues, soothe to sleep, and promote independent sleep habits. Development: Engage in tummy time, reading, and singing during wake windows. Infant Care: Handle feeding, bottle prep, diapering, and nursery safety. Light Tidying: Wash baby bottles and keep the nursery organized.
