Our High-Volume Service Department needs to hire Service Advisors to guide customers through the entire automotve repair and/or maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, schedule appointments and more. Responsibilities - Service Advisor:

• Guide customers through the entire automotive repair and/or maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, and schedule service appointments
• Greet customers, answer questions, and offer additional services including special promotions
• Follow status of customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work and ensure the customer is satisfied
• Maintain high CSI score

Qualifications - Service Advisor:

• Automotive Service Advisor experience is preferred but not required
• General automotive operational knowledge
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
• Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Good computer skills
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
