Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and provide an exceptional luxury buying experience
  • Help customers select the vehicle that best fits their needs and lifestyle
  • Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and performance during test drives
  • Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business
  • Follow up with prospective and existing customers
  • Learn and follow proven sales processes
  • Work closely with management and finance to ensure a smooth purchase experience 



Qualifications:

  • Sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Customer-facing experience is highly valued. We encourage candidates with backgrounds in automotive sales, luxury retail, retail sales, hospitality, banking, real estate, insurance, account management, B2B sales, recruiting, and other relationship-focused roles to apply
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable using computers and technology
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
