Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time

Available Shifts:
1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM

Penmac Staffing is hiring dependable Material Handlers for a warehouse facility in Gardner, KS. This is not strictly a forklift position. Material Handlers will work in multiple departments and assist with a variety of warehouse functions as needed. If you enjoy staying active, learning different tasks, and working as part of a team, this could be a great opportunity.
New employees will complete approximately two weeks of paid training to learn warehouse operations, equipment, and safety procedures.

Requirements for the Material Handler

Previous warehouse experience required
Experience operating warehouse or material-handling equipment preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
Comfortable working in various warehouse departments
Basic computer and barcode scanning skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Material Handler Responsibilities

Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
Move, organize, and stage materials throughout the warehouse
Pick, pack, receive, and store products accurately
Scan inventory and complete warehouse transactions
Operate warehouse equipment as assigned
Assist multiple departments based on business needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
