Phlebotomist (Bilingual - Spanish)

A leading healthcare organization is seeking a dependable, team-oriented, bilingual Phlebotomist with a positive attitude to join its fast-paced clinical team.

The Phlebotomist is responsible for performing venipuncture and capillary blood collections while ensuring accurate patient identification and adherence to established specimen collection protocols. This role provides compassionate patient care, accurately labels and processes specimens for laboratory testing, and maintains compliance with infection control, OSHA, and safety standards.

Pay Rate: $23.95/hr
Shift: Monday – Friday / 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Watts)

Phlebotomist Job Requirements:
•    Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience in a physician's office, outpatient clinic, hospital, or laboratory setting preferred
•    Active state Phlebotomist license in good standing is required
•    Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred
•    Proficient in documenting patient information accurately in an electronic medical record (EMR) system
•    Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
•    Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with providers, medical assistants, and laboratory staff
