Your Opportunity:
Taylor Corporation is looking for an Order Management Coordinator to support operations at our Grove City, OH facility. This role serves as a critical liaison between sales, customer service, and manufacturing teams to ensure production orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with established timelines.

Your Responsibilities:
Review and validate customer and sales order specifications for accuracy and completeness; perform root cause analysis when needed
Collaborate with site leadership to coordinate production schedules and meet project timelines
Track and monitor project performance, ensuring timely updates and reporting with KPI monitoring
Communicate cross functionally via email and phone to ensure smooth work order processing
Identify and resolve order discrepancies in partnership with sales and customer service teams; maintain continuous improvement
Maintain a high level of accuracy in all data provided to manufacturing
Perform data entry and system updates in platforms including TecSys WMS, Star, Tops, and local ERP systems
Generate and distribute production work orders to the manufacturing floor
Partner closely with operations, outbound logistics, and shipping teams
Maintain organized documentation and records related to production projects
Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational efficiency
Your Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm (Overtime may be required, including occasional weekends)
You Must Have:
Strong computer proficiency with the ability to quickly learn new systems and applications
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to read, interpret, and act on work orders and numerical data
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
Requirements Within This Position:
Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods
Frequent mobility throughout the facility
Capacity to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25+ pounds as needed
We Would Also Prefer:
Prior experience in production coordination, warehouse operations, or a related field
