Lead Detailer

We are continuing to grow, and we’re looking for a high-energy RV Detailer to lead our department. As an RV sales and service industry leader, we don't just wash RVs; we prep dreams for the open road. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily workflow for a team of detailers to ensure "Front-Line Ready" and customer delivery units are completed on schedule.
• Conduct rigorous final inspections on all motorhomes and towables, ensuring they meet the high standards our customers expect.
• Monitor supply levels (soaps, waxes, equipment) and to ensure the department remains efficient.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 4+ years of detailing experience (RV, Marine, or Heavy Equipment preferred).
• Experience as a team lead or the desire to lead a small team is required.
• The ability to stay organized and keep a team motivated in a high-volume, fast-moving dealership environment.
• Knowledge of buffing, oxidation removal, and interior restorative cleaning.
• Comfort working outdoors, climbing ladders to inspect roofs, and moving between large units throughout the day.
