Evening Janitorial Supervisor (Full-Time)

Location: Various locations
Schedule: Full-Time, Evening Shift (typically 3:30 PM – 11:30 P.M, may vary)
Pay: 16 - 19

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Evening Janitorial Supervisor to lead our cleaning team and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained. This role is responsible for supervising staff, inspecting work, and coordinating daily cleaning operations during evening hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support janitorial staff during assigned shifts
•  Drive a company van between job sites safely and responsibly 
• Assign tasks and ensure completion of cleaning duties
• Inspect work to ensure quality and compliance with company standards
• Train new employees on cleaning procedures and safety protocols
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking as needed
• Address and resolve any staff or facility-related issues promptly
• Ensure all safety guidelines and procedures are followed

Qualifications:

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience required
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
• Comfortable driving a company van to multiple locations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Reliable transportation to and from work

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in various environments and conditions
