Inside Sales Support

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Inside Sales Support team member to join our client's team. This position combines customer service, sales support, and light physical labor in a fast-paced supply company environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with customers, handling administrative tasks, and assisting with product fulfillment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and over the phone.
• Process work orders and sales transactions.
• Respond to emails and assist with general office communication.
• Perform point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately.
• Support inside sales operations and customer inquiries.
• Assist with light warehouse and inventory-related duties as needed.
• Help load or move products for customers when required.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn company software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Professional and presentable appearance.
• Ability to multitask in a busy work environment.
• Previous sales, customer service, or supply company experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift and carry 30–40 pounds on a regular basis.
• Comfortable performing light physical labor in addition to office duties.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Full-time hours
• Typical schedules may include:- 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Dress Code

• Company work shirts provided.
• Jeans or other long pants required.
• Steel-toe boots required.

Compensation

• Pay is flexible and based on experience.

Start Date

• Immediate opening – looking to hire as soon as possible.
