- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating technical specifications and value propositions to diverse audiences.
- Support account management activities by upselling existing clients, managing customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update lead statuses, analyze pipeline data, and forecast sales opportunities accurately.
- Negotiate terms with prospects, overcoming objections confidently while maintaining a professional demeanor that aligns with company policies.
- Assist in developing strategic plans for territory expansion, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities in B2B markets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales or inside sales.
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account growth initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in business development, lead generation, and direct sales activities.
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer service-oriented mindset that fosters long-term partnerships.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos and technical presentations tailored to client needs.
- Strong analysis skills for evaluating market data, customer feedback, and sales performance metrics.
- Experience in marketing collaboration, upselling strategies, and territory expansion planning is highly desirable.
